Therefore, all product quality supervision and inspection agencies and other laboratories that provide fair data to society must obtain China Metrology Certification, namely CMA certification. Only testing institutions that have obtained a certificate of metrological certification can engage in testing and inspection work, and are allowed to use the CMA mark on their inspection reports. Inspection reports marked with CMA can be used for product quality evaluation, results, and judicial appraisal, and have legal effect.

B、 Article 26: Special warehouses for hazardous chemicals shall comply with national and industry standards and be clearly marked. Special warehouses for storing highly toxic chemicals and explosive hazardous chemicals shall be equipped with corresponding technical prevention facilities in accordance with relevant national regulations. Units storing hazardous chemicals shall regularly inspect and test the safety facilities and equipment of their special warehouses for hazardous chemicals.
